Tele Marketing Executive

Position: Tele Caller – Sales (Travel & Tourism)

Tourmax is hiring enthusiastic Tele Callers for our Trivandrum Regional Office. If you're confident on the phone, love talking about travel, and are ready to be part of a growing tourism brand, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from our database.
• Promote group tour packages for destinations like Thailand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Europe, Andaman, etc.
• Explain package details clearly and professionally in Malayalam and basic English.
• Share itineraries, offers, and pricing via WhatsApp or email.
• Follow up on hot leads and update call status daily.
• Help convert inquiries into bookings and coordinate with the local team.

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluent in Malayalam, with basic English communication.
• Confident voice, good persuasion and listening skills.
• Familiar with WhatsApp, basic smartphone apps, and Google Sheets.
• Passion for travel and talking to people.
• Freshers or experienced telecallers (0–2 years) welcome.
