Tele Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers to promote internet services for homes and offices.
  • Follow up on customer leads and convert them into confirmed sales.
  • Share innovative ideas to improve telesales performance and customer experience.
  • Generate and convert Broadband / Internet Leased Line leads to meet sales targets.
  • Perform cold calling to create new prospects and business opportunities.
  • Track and update reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all customer and company information.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years in telemarketing or sales.
  • Knowledge: Basic telecom knowledge is required.
  • Attitude: Outspoken, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Strong interest in earning high incentives apart from salary.
  • Prior experience in Broadband sales will be an added advantage.
