Tele Marketing Executive

• Make outbound calls to healthcare professionals, chemists, stockists, and distributors to promote pharmaceutical products.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability.
• Explain product features, therapeutic benefits, and usage to clients.
• Generate sales leads and follow up to convert them into orders.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM/database.
• Coordinate with the field sales team for order fulfillment and after-sales support.
• Share promotional offers, rate changes, and new product launches with clients.
• Handle complaints or queries professionally and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
