Tele Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, explaining products/services, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
  • Understand customer needs and provide relevant information and offers.
  • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
  • Follow up with leads and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve sales performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Confident, energetic, and self-motivated.
  • Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
  • Experience in telesales, customer service, or telemarketing will be an added advantage.
