We are looking for a motivated and confident Telemarketing Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our digital marketing services (such as SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Website Development), and setting up meetings for our sales or business development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company or generated through campaigns.
- Introduce and explain the agency’s digital marketing services to prospective clients.
- Identify potential client needs and match them with appropriate marketing solutions.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client and lead information.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to ensure conversion.
- Schedule appointments or demos for the business development team.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
- Provide feedback and insights from client conversations to improve marketing strategies.
- Maintain a professional and persuasive communication style at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or inside sales (experience in digital marketing services preferred).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, web design, etc.) is a plus.
- Good command of English and local language(s).
- Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel for tracking leads and performance.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in telemarketing or customer acquisition roles.
