Ability to change the communication style on unusual events, Excellent research & record-keeping skills, Priorly experience working as a Telecaller or in a similar role.

Known Languages: English, Hindi, Gujarati.

Work Profile:

➔ To create solar inquiry database from Google Earth, search engines & any other places for customer calling.

➔ Cellphone calling & sending introductory email with company profile to the concerned organization/individual to generate leads for solar order.

➔ Making calls to existing commercial/industrial or residential customer to get feedback of our existing products and services.

➔ To create & maintain inquiry database in excel sheet to make follow up calls & to send reminder emails.

➔ Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information in excel sheet.

➔ Keeping the customer database maintained and updated on daily basis.

➔ Knowing all the details of the product or service offerings by the company

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
