A Telemarketing Executive supervises telemarketers in a call center environment. They are responsible for setting sales goals, managing team performance, and ensuring high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Management Duties:

1.Supervise telemarketers and assign shifts. Set and communicate sales quotas.

2.Address escalated customer queries and concerns.

3.Sales and Customer Interaction Create achievable sales goals that progressively increase.

4.Inform staff of individual and overall sales targets.

5.Foster a collaborative work environment. Required Skills and Qualifications

6.Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar sales role.

7.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

8.Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

9.High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Working Conditions:

1.Full-time position, often requiring flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Work is typically conducted in an office or call center setting.
