We are hiring a proactive Telecaller – Sales who can connect with customers, understand their requirements, and drive sales through effective communication. This role requires confidence, clarity, and the ability to convert inquiries into business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Attend incoming calls and provide accurate product/service information.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions.
  • Maintain engaging conversations using company-approved scripts.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversions.
  • Update call logs, customer details, and sales outcomes in the system.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure resolution.

Candidate Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Customer Interaction.
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
  • Ability to explain products clearly and confidently.
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Email, CRM tools).
  • Fast and accurate typing/data entry ability.
  • Negotiation skills with a positive and convincing attitude.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes.
  • Knowledge of inventory or accounts will be an added advantage.

Experiance : 0.5–2 years (or equivalent project experience)
