Tele Marketing Executive

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to manage inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and convert inquiries into admissions/sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company’s products/services.
• Answer inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.
• Convert leads into walk-ins, appointments, or admissions/sales.
• Maintain and update lead records in CRM or Excel sheets.
• Follow up with clients regularly to close deals.
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
• Provide feedback to the team to improve lead quality and script performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,163.22 - ₹15,913.74 per month
