Tele Marketing Executive

JOB TITLE:Telecaller executive

Time : 10 AM to 6 PM

Salary :10,000 + Incentives on admissions achieved

Location : Nagercoil, Marthandam, Kanniyakumari

Job Description:

The Telecaller is responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to promote products/services, answer queries, and maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and receive inbound calls to/from customers.

Explain products or services and generate interest.

Maintain records of calls and customer details.

Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues politely.

Meet daily/weekly calling and sales targets.

Required Skills:

0-3 years of experience in telecalling

Good communication and listening skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Positive attitude and convincing ability.

Minimum 12th pass or graduate (preferred).

Salary & Benefits:

Starting Salary: ₹10,000 per month

Increments: Based on performanc
