Job Description:
We are hiring Telemarketing Executives for an international voice process focused on lead generation and sales support. The role involves interacting with international customers and generating qualified leads in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make international outbound calls for lead generation
• Engage prospects and identify sales opportunities
• Achieve daily and monthly targets
• Maintain accurate call and lead records

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: Minimum 6 months preferred; freshers can apply
• For experienced candidates: International voice sales experience (US campaign preferred) or international voice support with upselling/cross-selling/lead generation experience
• Excellent English communication and clear thought process
• Age: Up to 28 years
• Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate

Salary & Benefits:

• Freshers: Up to ₹30,000 CTC
• Experienced: Up to ₹45,000 CTC
• Uncapped performance-based incentives
• Working Days: 5.5 days/week
• Transport: Both-side cab within 30 km radius (candidates must be within hiring zone)

Language:

• No restriction on mother tongue
• Strong English communication mandatory
