Tele- Marketing Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

- Outbound & Inbound Calling
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products or services.
- Handle inbound calls, answer customer queries, and provide accurate information.
- Lead Generation & Follow-up
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling and existing databases.
- Follow up on interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Sales & Conversion
- Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Convince prospects and close sales as per assigned targets.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Update customer details in CRM or company systems.
- Target Achievement
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Work towards achieving individual and team performance goals.
- Market Feedback
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management or sales team.
- Report competitor information when identified during calls.
- Compliance & Professional Conduct
- Follow company policies, scripts, and quality standards.
- Maintain professionalism and ethical communication at all times.
- Coordination with Team
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams for smooth customer handling.
- Support promotional campaigns and special offers.
- Continuous Improvement
- Participate in training programs to improve communication and sales skills.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.
