Responsible for promoting the company’s interior design and fit-out services over the phone, identifying potential clients, and generating sales leads. The role involves contacting prospects, explaining services, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote interior design services.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales or design team.
  • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
  • Understand client requirements and provide basic information about design packages.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.

Proven experience in telesales or customer service (preferably in interior design, real estate, or construction industry).

Base salary + commission and other benefits as per the UAE Labor Law.
