Location: UAE Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales professional to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum basic knowledge of Digital Marketing or Digital Media and a passion for engaging with customers and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products/services.
• Explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Follow up with potential clients to close sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications:

• Minimum basic knowledge of Digital Marketing or Digital Media concepts.
• Proven experience in tele sales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
