Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Tele-calling Business Development Officer to join our company. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calls. Your primary goal is to identify qualified prospects, understand their needs, and schedule appointments for our senior team member or close sales directly, depending on the product cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients from a provided database or generated lists.
• Understand the customer's business needs and effectively present our product/service as a solution.
• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and appointments set.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
