Roles and Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative at Liquid Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving growth in our software design, development, data, and AI services. Your responsibilities will include:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify potential clients in target markets, particularly in the USA, using platforms such as LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels.
  • Research and analyze the needs, challenges, and decision-making processes of prospective customers to tailor outreach strategies.

Customer Outreach:

  • Initiate and maintain conversations with potential customers, building rapport and establishing Liquid Technologies’ value proposition.
  • Utilize personalized messaging and follow-up strategies to engage and nurture prospects.

Meeting Scheduling:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings between prospective clients and the CEO or other key stakeholders at Liquid Technologies.
  • Manage calendars effectively, ensuring minimal scheduling conflicts and maximizing efficiency.

CRM Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, leads, and opportunities in the company’s CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on outreach performance, pipeline status, and achieved targets.

Market Insights and Feedback:

  • Gather insights from conversations with prospects to identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in the software services market.
  • Communicate findings to the leadership team to inform business strategies.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Business Development Representative (BDR) and other team members to align outreach efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Support marketing initiatives by sharing insights and participating in campaigns to improve lead generation strategies.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Understanding of software services, including design, development, data, and AI, is a plus.
