Tele Sales Executive

Join our fast-growing Solar Energy & Home Automation team and play a key role in transforming how people use energy at home and in business.

We are looking for Telemarketing Representatives who are energetic, persuasive, and target-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients for Solar & Smart Home Automation solutions
• Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets through consistent calling and follow-ups
• Explain product benefits, financing options, and promotions clearly to customers
• Maintain call records and update client databases
• Schedule appointments and generate qualified leads for the sales team

Requirements:

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Confidence in handling client queries and objections
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Telemarketing/sales experience preferred (training will be provided)
