● Generate and qualify leads through cold calling.

● Manage leads by tracking and following up on them thoroughly.

● Conduct sales presentations and product demos via the phone and internet.

● Close sales and meet monthly sales goals in accordance with the development plan.

● Work with affiliate sales team to cross-generate leads.

● Identifies business opportunities by establishing the contacts with the fleet customer prospects and

analysing sales options.

● Acquire new customers and maintain a good relationship with existing customers.

● Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities.

● Responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

● Presenting demonstrations on the Cartrack product and services.

● Update CRM reports on daily basis.

● Responsible for achieving CRM weekly target for calls, leads and meeting.

● Explore creative ways and identify opportunities to sell or promote our products and services.

● Provide excellent customer service.

● Prepares reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information.

● Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.


Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any related fields

• 2-4 years of experience in customer service will be an added advantage
• Proficient in English

• Technically independent with good initiative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation skills

• Hands-on and a positive attitude

• Team player, with a high level of energy and able to work independently
• Able work under pressure, coordination skill, multi-tasking, service-minded.
• Initiative for problem solving.

• Good personality and good follow up.
