Tele Sales Executive

Job description:

MGC Freight is hiring a Sales Executive for an onsite role in Bahria Town. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to generate leads while coordinating with the operations team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop customer relationships and generate new business opportunities.
  • Communicate with prospective clients to understand supply chain needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Promote services including Ocean & Air Import/Export and Trucking.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor rates, and report updates to management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly.
  • Coordinate with Operations teams and overseas offices for smooth service execution.

Minimum requirements:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in Outbound calling to international clients.
  • Existing client base is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Good negotiation and sales closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Location: Bahria Town Lahore

Shift : Night Shift

Full time onsite role
