Monday to Saturday

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to manage daily outbound calls to customers regarding orders, payment collections, and payment status updates. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of our products and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Call customers daily regarding order updates, payment follow-ups, and collections

2. Update payment status and maintain accurate records with customers

3. Provide product-related information and support to customers via call and mail

4. Coordinate with the accounts and sales team for payment-related issues

5. Maintain records in Excel and prepare basic reports

Requirements:

1. Good communication skills in English & Hindi (Mandatory)

2. Knowledge in Basic Excel

3. Ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
