Tele Sales Executive (Female | Lahore)

TÜV Austria Bureau of Inspection & Certification (Pvt.) Ltd. is a globally recognized organization in the field of Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC). We are expanding our Certification Department (Management System Certification) and are looking for a Female Tele Sales Executive to join our Lahore office.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients across different industries
• Promote certification services and generate qualified leads
• Schedule appointments and set meetings for the sales team
• Maintain follow-up calls to build client engagement and support conversions
• Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and opportunities in CRM

Requirements

• Excellent communication & persuasion skills (English & Urdu)
• Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality
• Prior experience in telesales, customer engagement, or call center preferred
• Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients
