Tele sales Executive (Salon Services)

Role Purpose:

The Tele sales Executive will be responsible for driving customer engagement and maximizing appointment bookings across all salon branches through proactive outbound calls, effective communication, and persuasive sales techniques. This role directly contributes to increasing revenue, enhancing client retention, and elevating the brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential clients to promote salon services, packages, and special offers.

· Convert leads into confirmed appointments through persuasive communication and follow-ups.

· Maintain and update the customer database (CRM system) with accurate information.

· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, bookings, and revenue generation.

· Cross-sell and upsell additional salon services and products.

· Handle customer inquiries, provide service details, and resolve concerns professionally.

· Collaborate with branch managers to track appointment success and customer satisfaction.

· Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management review.

· Maintain high standards of customer service and represent the brand professionally in all interactions.

Key Requirements:

· Proven experience (1–3 years) in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer engagement, preferably in the beauty wellness, or any beaty industry

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English required; Arabic will be added).

· Strong persuasive ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Ability to handle pressure, objections, and meet deadlines.

· Customer-focused, result-oriented, and highly self-motivated.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory if experience is strong).
  • Certification in sales, customer service, or communication is an added advantage.
