Job Title: Telesales Intern

Location: SAIF Zone, Sharjah, UAE
Internship Duration: 3 Months (Full-Time)
Stipend: AED 700 per month
Visa Requirement: Must hold a valid UAE Residence Visa (Own/Dependent Visa)

About the Role

Helen and Sons Business Consultancy is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telesales Intern to join our SAIF Zone branch. This internship is ideal for recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in sales, client communication, and business consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services
• Follow up on inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for client onboarding
• Schedule appointments and consultations for Business Setup Advisors
• Maintain and update CRM records accurately
• Assist in lead generation and client relationship management
• Support the team in achieving sales and follow-up targets
• Prepare daily call reports and activity updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree completed (mandatory)
• Valid UAE Residence Visa (Own/Dependent Visa)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Confident and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
