Tele sales Manager

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telesales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to maximize revenue and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor daily team performance, analyze sales metrics, and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment on sales objectives.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Recruit, onboard, and evaluate new telesales team members to build a strong and cohesive unit.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all telesales activities.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the telesales team.
