Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu and will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services. The Tele Sales Representative will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Sales Calls:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell our products and services.

- Explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively in both English and Urdu.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

3. Sales Targets:

- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.

4. Product Knowledge:

- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively answer customer questions and provide relevant information.

- Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product understanding.

5. Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and transactions in the CRM system.

- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance for management review.

Qualifications:

I. Language Proficiency:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu.

- Ability to switch seamlessly between languages during conversations.

II. Sales Experience:

- Previous experience in tele sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

III. Skills and Abilities:

- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good organizational and time management skills.

IV. Technical Proficiency:

- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Comfortable with using telecommunication systems and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
