About the Role

We are seeking a confident and motivated Female Dialer to join us. The ideal candidate will handle outbound calls, engage potential clients, and generate interest in our digital services, including website development, mobile apps, and social media solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound domestic calls to prospective clients.
• Introduce company services professionally and clearly.
• Understand client needs and route qualified leads to the sales team.
• Maintain call records, follow-up schedules, and lead updates.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets.
• Represent the company with a positive and customer-focused attitude.

Requirements

• Female candidate with good communication skills.
• Confident on phone calls with the ability to handle rejections.
• Basic computer knowledge (browsing, email, spreadsheets).
• Familiarity with website development, mobile apps, or social media is a strong plus.
• Ability to learn and explain technical services in simple words.
• Prior experience in cold calling or telesales is an advantage.
