Tele sales Specialist (DUBAI)

Job Description:

We are looking for energetic Tele Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in tele sales or customer service with excellent communication and persuasion skills. Experience in interior design real estate or construction is an advantage but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM system.
• Support the sales team with qualified leads and appointment setting when needed.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tele sales or customer service (experience in interior design, real estate, or construction is a plus).
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident telephone manner and ability to handle objections effectively.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Immediate availability to join.
