- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote solar panels and related products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and cost savings of solar energy solutions.
- Generate leads and maintain a database of interested clients.
- Handle inbound customer calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate product information.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to visit customers for site surveys or demonstrations.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Share regular updates with the sales team regarding market feedback and customer concerns.
