  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote solar panels and related products.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and cost savings of solar energy solutions.
  • Generate leads and maintain a database of interested clients.
  • Handle inbound customer calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate product information.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team to visit customers for site surveys or demonstrations.
  • Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Share regular updates with the sales team regarding market feedback and customer concerns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
