Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and source new business opportunities through inbound leads, outbound calls, and emails.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Qualify opportunities and schedule online product demonstrations with decision-makers.
• Handle deal closures, invoicing, and payment collections.
• Maintain accurate records and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Build long-term customer relationships and provide post-sales support.
• Consistently achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirement:

• Graduate with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Prior experience in Telecalling / BPO (Outbound Sales) with strong marketing and persuasion skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
