Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly articulate and persuasive Tele calling Executive to join our fast-growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English (local language a plus), with the confidence to engage high-value clients over the phone, clearly explain property offerings, and convert leads into site visits or sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads/prospective clients to promote real estate projects.
• Speak confidently and clearly with potential buyers and investors.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Set up and follow through on site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain call logs, follow-up notes, and lead status in the CRM.
• Send project brochures, pricing, and other materials over WhatsApp/email.
• Build rapport and ensure a positive client experience on every call.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to support deal closures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Confident, energetic, and persuasive personality.
• Good listener, with the ability to understand client needs quickly.
• Smart presentation of real estate offerings over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of real estate and local property markets (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
