Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Caller – Recruitment to join our HR team. The primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to job seekers, explain job opportunities, and schedule interviews with recruiters. If you're passionate about communication and want to build a career in HR, this is a great opportunity to start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential job seekers from our internal database or job portals.
  • Explain job roles, responsibilities, and company details to candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates for confirmation and feedback.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in CRM or Excel sheets.
  • Assist the recruitment team with sourcing and shortlisting candidates when needed.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and interview schedules.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English and Tamil (Mainly).
  • Comfortable making 70–100 calls per day.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in recruitment or BPO/telecalling is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
