Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and proactive Telecaller to handle customer calls and inquiries for our real estate projects. The role involves contacting potential buyers, explaining project details, scheduling site visits, and supporting the owner in achieving property sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make daily outbound calls to potential customers and investors regarding available properties.

Handle inbound inquiries and provide complete project information (location, pricing, amenities, payment plans, etc.).

Generate qualified leads and maintain follow-ups until closure.

Coordinate site visits and update the owner or sales manager on progress.

Maintain client details and call records in a database or CRM system.

Assist in preparing marketing materials, WhatsApp messages, and call scripts.

Collect customer feedback and report to the owner for strategic improvements.

Work closely with the owner to plan promotions, events, and campaigns for project visibility.

Achieve weekly and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.

Requirements:

Experience: 0–3 years in Telecalling, telesales, or real estate. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Languages: Fluency in English .

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication and persuasive ability.

Confident, polite, and professional on phone.

Basic knowledge of real estate terms and sales process.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Good computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM).
