Responsibilities:

  • Contact prospective clients through outbound calls and maintain professional communication.
  • Engage with inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company projects and services.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments between clients and the sales team.
  • Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to ensure timely communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
  • Address client queries and escalate complex concerns to the relevant department when required.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support client engagement and conversion activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Real estate telecalling experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
