Telecaller (Arabic & English Speaking)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to clients in both Arabic and English.
• Provide information about our products/services, answer inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
• Assist in achieving sales targets by promoting products/services during calls.
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for increasing customer engagement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
