Telecaller – Audit & Accounting Services

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to support our auditing and accounting services team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling meetings for the business development team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of financial or professional services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce auditing and accounting services
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales/business development team
  • Maintain a database of prospects and follow up regularly
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for senior consultants
  • Explain company services such as auditing, VAT, bookkeeping, and compliance
  • Handle client queries and provide accurate information
  • Maintain call records and update CRM systems
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage and convince potential clients over the phone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
