Telecaller cum Digital Marketing Officer

Responsibilities

Telecalling:

• Make outbound calls to potential buyers and tenants
• Handle inquiries, follow-up with leads & schedule viewings
• Maintain client database and prepare daily reports

Digital Marketing:

• Manage online property listings on portals & social media
• Run social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Create photos, videos & captions for marketing
• Comfortable facing the camera for marketing campaigns
• Boost ads and monitor performance

Admin Tasks:

• Assist in company-related administrative work
• Support with company registration processes and documentation
• Prepare basic letters, forms, contracts, and reports
• Coordinate with government portals as required
• Maintain organized filing systems

Requirements

• Experience in tele calling, admin or digital marketing (real estate preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is a plus)
• Social media & online advertising knowledge
• Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, Word)
• Presentable and comfortable speaking on camera
• Ability to handle clients professionally
• Should have own visa (mandatory)
