Position : Tele caller cum Sales executive
You need to be able to answer phone calls and provide information about courses and in a way that encourages successful admissions.
Need to handle stress and pressure while soliciting queries.
Ability to listen to students concerns and objections and provide appropriate solutions.
The Sales executive will be responsible for selling/providing the course information to students to take admission in our course.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to students to introduce and provide full information related to the course.
- Explain the features, benefits, and course modules to students.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels and convert leads to a successful admission.
Qualifications:
- 2 Year experience in the sales industry.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
