Telecaller – Immigration & Visa Services ( only Female)

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our Immigration and Visa Consultancy team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining immigration programs, and generating qualified leads for consultation with our immigration advisors.

This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, sales-oriented, and eager to grow in the immigration consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients through outbound calls, WhatsApp, and follow-up calls
• Provide detailed information about immigration, work permits, visit visas, and residency programs
• Understand the client's profile and suggest suitable immigration options
• Convert inquiries into booked consultation appointments
• Maintain daily call records and lead updates in CRM
• Follow up with interested clients and nurture leads until conversion
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients

Requirements

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Fluency in English and Hindi (Arabic, Punjabi, or Urdu is an advantage)
• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Previous telesales / telemarketing experience is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills can apply
