About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller Manager (Female) to lead and manage the telecalling team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in team handling, call monitoring, and improving customer engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the telecalling team
• Monitor call quality, performance, and daily targets
• Handle escalated customer calls professionally
• Train and guide telecallers to improve communication and results
• Prepare daily and monthly call performance reports
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or call center management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and manage a team
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills
• Experience in healthcare or service industry is an added advantage
