Telecaller – Real Estate

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote available properties.

Respond to inquiries regarding property listings, prices, and other details.

Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.

Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

Schedule appointments for property viewings with sales agents.

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Meet daily and weekly calling/lead generation targets.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role (real estate experience preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus).

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are an advantage.
