Telecaller Sales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our Loan Sales team.
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining loan products, and helping them choose the right financial solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain different types of loans (Home, Personal, Business, Mortgage, etc.).
• Collect customer information and verify eligibility.
• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
• Maintain records of calls and leads in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales team and bankers to process applications.
• Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in telecalling / loan sales / telesales.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills (Telugu, Hindi, English preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
• Fresher with good communication skills can also apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
