Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with provided leads and databases to qualify potential clients.
  • Schedule meetings and property viewings for the sales team (Target: 10 qualified meetings per week).
  • Identify potential property owners and secure new property listings for rent or sale.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and meetings in the CRM system.
  • Communicate professionally and confidently with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth follow-ups and client handling.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly performance targets and KPIs.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Minimum 10 qualified meetings per week for the sales team.
  • Consistent lead conversion ratio improvement.
  • New property listings generated weekly/monthly.
  • Quality and accuracy of client data updates in CRM.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telecalling / telesales (real estate experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic, French, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus).
  • Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
