Role overview

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller for our Dubai operations on a 1-year contract (part-time) basis. The role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible working hours and an opportunity to earn additional income while supporting our sales and customer engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and source prospective customer contacts from both company-provided databases and self-identified sources such as online research, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company services/products and create interest.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and understand customer requirements.
• Schedule, coordinate, and confirm appointments/meetings for the sales or business development team.
• Maintain and update lead databases, call records, follow-up schedules, and appointment status

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Prior experience in telecalling/inside sales/customer support is preferred.
• Based in Dubai with a valid Own/ Spouse/Dependent Visa.
• Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Compensation:

AED 1,500 per month, with additional incentives for meeting and exceeding performance targets.
