  • Operational Leadership:
    Manage and provide strategic direction for all offshore retail, distribution, and logistics operations.
    Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery in international markets.
    Ensure all offshore operations are aligned with company goals, policies, and quality standards.
  • Oversee and optimize the end-to-end network performance, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime across all telecom infrastructure.
  • Manage and lead a team of operations engineers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
  • Implement and maintain robust network security protocols and procedures to safeguard against cyber threats and ensure data integrity.
  • Develop and execute proactive network monitoring strategies, utilizing advanced tools to identify and resolve issues before they impact service.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met for all outsourced services.
  • Lead and manage the implementation of new telecom infrastructure projects, from planning and design to deployment and commissioning.
  • Analyze network performance data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize service disruptions during emergencies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards pertaining to telecom operations in India.
  • Manage and control operational budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization within the telecom operations department.
  • Team Management and Development:
    Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operations staff in various countries.
    Recruit, train, and develop talent to build a high-performing and motivated team.
    Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
  • Supply Chain and Logistics:
    Oversee the end-to-end supply chain for offshore markets, from procurement to last-mile delivery.
    Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate product flow.
    Manage inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock.
  • Financial Management:
    Manage and control the operational budget for offshore markets.
    Participate in financial forecasting, P&L reviews, and reporting.
    Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies to improve profitability.
  • Stakeholder Relations:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, including international vendors, telecom operators, and regulatory bodies.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business growth.
    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and after-sales support, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    Ensure all offshore operations comply with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    Implement and enforce health, safety, and quality assurance protocols.
    Identify and mitigate operational risks to safeguard company assets and interests.
