About the Role

We’re Hiring Telecomommunication Engineer – Genesys Cloud Specialist. We are looking for a skilled Telecom Communication Engineer with hands-on experience in Genesys Cloud to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about cloud-based contact center solutions, telecommunications technologies, and delivering seamless customer communication experiences.
Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and support Genesys Cloud solutions.

Manage and optimize cloud-based contact center environments to ensure high availability and performance.

Configure call flows, routing strategies, IVR systems, queues, and user management within Genesys Cloud.

Troubleshoot and resolve telecom and contact center-related issues.

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement business solutions.

Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Support integrations between Genesys Cloud and third-party applications.

Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in telecommunications, contact center technologies, or cloud communication platforms.

Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud (Genesys Cloud CX).

Strong understanding of telephony concepts, SIP, VoIP, IVR, ACD, and call routing.

Experience with cloud technologies and contact center operations.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:

Genesys Cloud certifications are highly preferred.

Experience with API integrations and system integrations.

Knowledge of contact center reporting, analytics, and workforce optimization tools.

Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms is a plus.
