Telehealth Nurse Practitioner | Remote | Florida + Virginia licensed

Syntrillo is a digital-health startup working on stroke prevention. A large share of strokes trace back to unmanaged hypertension, and we are building telehealth primary care that catches and controls it earlier. We are hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner to deliver that care to patients in Florida and Virginia.

This is a 100% remote role with flexible scheduling, part-time or full-time (25 to 40 hours per week). The work centers on hypertension and chronic-disease management, including titration, medication management, and lifestyle counseling, delivered over video and asynchronous visits.

What the role requires:

• Active, unencumbered NP license in Florida or Virginia. Both preferred; if you hold one, we will support you in getting the second after hire
• National FNP certification through AANPCB or ANCC, current and in good standing
• Availability to start within two weeks of offer

Strongly preferred:

• Active licensure in both Florida and Virginia
• Eligibility to practice autonomously in either or both states
• Prior telehealth experience across video and asynchronous care
• Familiarity with remote blood-pressure monitoring workflows
• Demonstrable hypertension management experience: titration, medication management, lifestyle counseling
