Telehealth Outpatient Mental Health Clinician

Job Summary

We are looking for licensed mental health clinicians to join our virtual team. We offer a supportive and collaborative environment and provide you with all of the tools that you need to succeed. We provide treatment for adolescents and adults. This position is only available to clinicians in Massachusetts.

The ideal candidate has experience in diagnostic evaluation, treatment planning and crisis planning as needed. The candidate should have experience working with a wide range of mental health diagnosis, feel competent in working within varying therapeutic modalities and is able to adapt to the needs of the client including offering appropriate referrals with the community when necessary and collaborating with their clients mental health and medical team. The candidate must be familiar with the DSM-5, maintain clinical paperwork and be CANS certified if required by insurance. The candidate should present with strong communication, interpersonal skills, writing skills, organization, problem solving, critical thinking and cultural competence.

Job Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field
• LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, PhD, PsyD license in MA
• 2 years direct clinical experience required

Expectations

• Maintain professional behavior with clients
• Abide by HIPAA compliance
• Have background check
• Complete notes within 48 hours of completing sessions
• Available to be on-call for clients on your caseload
• Minimum of 10 completed sessions weekly required
• Maintenance of 25 completed sessions weekly considered full-time with benefits offered

Hourly Rates

• PhD: $70.00
• PsyD: $70.00
• LICSW $60.00
• LMHC $60.00
• LMFT $60.00
• LCSW $50.00

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $91,000.00 per year
