Telemarketing Customer Sales Representative (CSR)Job Description

We are looking for motivated and confident Telemarketing CSRs to join our growing team. As a CSR, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, and presenting our products/services in a clear and professional manner. Your goal will be to build rapport, generate interest, and set qualified appointments or close sales over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Clearly communicate product/service benefits and value.
• Build trust and maintain a positive customer experience on every call.
• Overcome objections confidently and keep the conversation professional.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales or appointment-setting targets.
• Record customer details, feedback, and outcomes in the CRM.
• Follow company scripts and guidelines while adding your own engaging personality.

Requirements

• Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, customer service, or sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong listening ability and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (training provided).
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
