Telemarketing Executive

Fast & Glow Cleaning Services is looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Female Telemarketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is open only to candidates with a husband-sponsored visa or own visa. You will play a key role in generating leads, promoting our cleaning services, and converting prospects into satisfied customers. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to kickstart a career in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads database
• Explain cleaning services clearly and professionally (residential, office, villa, etc.)
• Generate new business leads through cold calling and follow-ups
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Maintain daily call records and lead status updates
• Follow up with customers for repeat bookings and referrals
• Coordinate with operations team for scheduling cleaning appointments
• Handle customer objections and provide service explanations confidently
• Maintain professional communication via phone and WhatsApp
• Update CRM/Excel sheets with accurate customer data

Requirements:

• Female candidates are preferred
• Husband-sponsored visa or own visa required
• Fresher or 0–1 year experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service
• Strong communication skills (English required, Malayalam is a plus)
• Previous tele sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
• Basic computer/Excel knowledge
• Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in UAE tele sales or service industry
• Knowledge of cleaning/home services industry
• Understanding of customer relationship handling
