Telemarketing Executive (Female)

Location: Lahore

Education: Intermediate / Bachelor's Degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, BS or equivalent)

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Telemarketing, Customer Service, Sales Coordination, Call Center, or Business Development. Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

About the Role

Style Styrofoam Industries (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a confident and energetic Female Telemarketing Executive to support its sales team by generating qualified leads, scheduling meetings, maintaining customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce the company's products and services.
• Generate qualified leads from architects, contractors, construction companies, cold storage owners, poultry farms, feed mills, consultants, and industrial customers.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the Sales Team.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
• Update customer information and call records in the CRM or company database.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding customer requirements and follow-up activities.

· Patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.

• Achieve daily and monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
